Our team of over 200 dedicated professionals thrives on teamwork, safety, and making a real difference in the lives of those we serve.Your New Role:As a Patient Transport Team Member , you’ll be at the heart of our Non-Emergency Patient Transport (NEPT) services, with exciting opportunities to be part of event medical work. This is a full-time role (38 hours per week) where your dedication to patient care and ability to excel in small teams will shine in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.What You Can Expect: Dynamic Work Schedules : Rotating rosters across 7 days, with shifts starting as early as 6 am and finishing as late as midnight, ranging from 8-12 hours. Safety First : Maintain readiness by ensuring vehicles and equipment are always in top condition. Attention to Detail : Deliver excellent patient care while keeping accurate and confidential records. What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in pre-hospital care. Qualifications: Certificate 3 in NEPT or Diploma in Emergency Healthcare Compliance ready, including: Working With Children Check and National Police Check (within 6 months). Clean driving record and unrestricted driver’s license. First Aid/CPR certification and mask fit certificate. Full Category A immunisations , including an annual flu shot.
