ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: Various sites across Parramatta and CBD, NSW. Casual opportunities available Shift work includes weekdays, weekends and public holidays (12 hours shifts) Wilson Security is expanding its mobile patrol operations in NSW securing additional contracts that strengthen our presence in the region. This growth has created new roles within our team, focused on enhancing response and support capabilities for our existing teams and clients. This role plays a key part in ensuring the safety and security of our client’s premises through regular patrols, alarm responses, and proactive site inspections. Supported by the Mobile Patrols Supervisor and Operations Team, you will work across a range of client locations to safeguard properties, detect hazards, and report incidents. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct internal and external site inspections to identify security risks. Respond promptly to alarm activations and perform lock-up/open services. Escort people or valuables as required. Provide short-term static guard support when needed. Accurately complete occurrence and incident reports. Drive safely and maintain Wilson’s vehicle safety standards. Generate sales leads by identifying potential new security clients. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively. Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Current Security License and Driver’s License. Ability to work on a rotating roster (including nights, weekends, and public holidays). Excellent time management and report writing skills. Good local knowledge of streets and locations. Experience in following occupational health and safety (OH&S) procedures. Availability to work in multiple regions with flexibility for shift work.
