An exciting opportunity exists for an organised, efficient, and highly skilled payroll professional to join the Commercial Services team at DBCT P/L. You will be accountable for providing timely and accurate payment of wages, salaries, benefits, and taxes in accordance with DBCT P/L policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. Responsible for the maintenance of payroll records, payroll system integrity, payroll reporting and establishment of new employees. A major focus of the position is the effective application of employment conditions (e.g. EBA, employment contracts) when calculating entitlements to ensure that all employees are correctly remunerated. What we are looking for: Demonstrated experience in a similar role working within a medium to large organisation. Extensive knowledge of payroll policies and procedures, legislative requirements and industrial agreements, combined with experience using integrated payroll systems (e.g. Oracle, JDE, SAP). Strong numeracy, meticulous attention to detail and competency using MS Office is required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to create and maintain relationships across all levels of the organisation.
