GR Engineering Services Limited (GRES) specialises in providing high quality engineering design and construction services to the mining and mineral processing industries. Our services cover all aspects of a project life cycle from the initial evaluation and study phase through to design, construction, commissioning and operational support. The Opportunity We are on the lookout for a motivated Payroll Officer to join our Head Office team located in Ascot, WA to support and assist our busy payroll team process our weekly payroll. Your typical day will consist of: Assisting with weekly payroll for approximately 600 people, including salaries and enterprise agreements Maintaining employee records and filing Maintaining confidentiality of payroll and personnel information Ensuring compliance with relevant payroll legislation and applicable law What we are looking for: 5 years + experience in payroll administration Advanced level of proficiency across Microsoft Office Ability to handle priorities and tasks with accuracy and excellent attention to detail Ability to learn and understand new systems and processes quickly and efficiently Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment What’s on offer?
