About the Role: Reporting to the Workforce Systems and Analytics Manager, this role focuses on strengthening payroll governance, enhancing reporting capabilities, and driving process improvements. You will act as a key subject matter expert in payroll systems, helping to ensure compliance, optimise workflows, and deliver accurate insights that inform critical business decisions. Your responsibilities include: Overseeing payroll governance by ensuring compliance with access controls, approval pathways, and legislative requirements. Managing and maintaining payroll systems and processes, including delivering timely and accurate payments and reporting. Providing expert insights and analytics to support leadership decision-making. Offering high-quality advice and resolving complex payroll queries while maintaining confidentiality and compliance. Contributing to process improvements and system enhancements, ensuring payroll services are efficient and fit for purpose. About you: You are an experienced payroll professional with expertise in governance, data, and reporting, ideally with knowledge of the VPS Agreement and Chris21. Analytical and detail-oriented, you translate complex information into actionable insights and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
