As a People Analytics and Systems Analyst , you'll optimise our HR systems, enhance data management, and develop insightful dashboards to drive smarter workforce decisions. Your expertise will help improve operational efficiency, refine workforce strategies, and elevate the employee experience. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis & Reporting: Transform people data into meaningful insights to support strategic decision-making. Workforce Analytics & Insights: Develop predictive models and dashboards to optimise workforce planning. HRIS Management: Optimise, enhance and integrate HR systems, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business needs. Process Automation & Optimisation: Streamline processes through automation and system enhancements. About You: You bring experience in a similar role with deep functional expertise in HRIS, particularly SAP SuccessFactors , including system optimisation and integration. Your ability to model data using statistical techniques, combined with proficiency in tools like Power BI and AI-driven analytics , will set you up for success. You excel at translating complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Your skills in data-driven storytelling and predictive analytics will help teams make informed, strategic decisions.
