The Opportunity We are undertaking an exciting transformation across our People Systems, and we are looking for a talented People Systems Analyst to join our team on a 12-month max-term contract! In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate closely with business teams to ensure our critical systems – from payroll to learning, onboarding, health & safety, and employee injury management – are aligned with our evolving needs. What will you be doing: Collaborate with business teams to identify system improvements that meet key requirements. Drive innovation, contribute to the development and maintenance of these systems, and support initiatives that will have a lasting impact on the business as we continue to scale. Lead configuration, testing, and documentation of People system changes to enhance functionality. Provide second-level support for incidents and outages, ensuring quick resolutions. Analyse recurring system issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions. Manage lifecycle and integrations of People systems to ensure optimal performance and data accuracy. Conduct user access reviews and deliver ongoing training to internal teams, ensuring proper system use and compliance. About You: We are looking for a people-focused IT or HR systems professional with experience across various People applications. The ideal candidate will have: Experience with People systems (e.g., Payroll), and at least one other application (e.g., Learning, Recruitment, or Onboarding) Strong understanding of application design, integration, and service desk operations Knowledge of Industrial Agreement implementation within HR systems Familiarity with MS SQL, Life Lens, and database management Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively This is more than just a role – it’s an exciting opportunity to grow, develop, and make a tangible difference in an ever-evolving, fast-paced environment.
