We’re on the lookout for a People & Culture Business Partner to join our highly motivated team at the City of Stonnington ! In this role, you’ll be a true generalist, seamlessly switching between day-to-day HR operations and big-picture people strategies. One moment, you might be guiding managers through complex workforce matters, and the next, you’ll be collaborating on transformative initiatives to shape an outstanding employee experience. With a diverse workforce that includes Care Workers, IT professionals, Early Years Educators, Engineers, and more, no two days are the same. This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover , offering a competitive salary of $108,694 - $120,725 per annum + 11.5% superannuation . A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources is essential, with experience using organisational culture diagnostic tools highly regarded.
