Planit's P&C team is again growing, and we are seeking an individual who is looking to further their career in P&C to join our team on a permanent basis. This position will be part of a collaborative and innovative Global team of likeminded individuals. About the Role : The People & Culture Business Partner is responsible for advising leadership and employees across a range of strategic, operational, and transactional deliverables that align with the business objectives in their designated unit or branch. It will formulate trusted and value add partnerships with senior leaders to enable business strategy via a combination of commercial acumen and their P&C expertise across a range of disciplines that include people, engagement, diversity and inclusion, culture, reward and employee relations. This position is based in Melbourne & will report to the P&C Director who will contribute to the strategic direction as well as provide guidance on agreed projects and initiatives that will enhance their own skillset and employee capability and performance. Key Responsibilities : Be seen as a trusted partner to key stakeholders and the wider business for all things People & Culture. Consult and advise on People matters to create positive experiences and outcomes. Speak the business “language” to engage and deepen relationships to enable tangible and impactful results. Identify, create and execute people plans that empower the business to achieve KPIs, targets or goals. Provide a consistent internal experience for all employees and stakeholders. Help drive the strategic People & Culture plan for Planit with key stakeholders. Proactive and solution-based advice with a continuous improvement mindset. Connect with other functions within P&C such as Shared Services, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Remuneration & Benefits to deliver on local P&C and global initiatives. Align with other P&C BPs to support the business, discuss complex issues, provide input on leadership and business gaps, and bring local branch / division viewpoints on the daily experiences within the business. Contribute to an environment conducive for progressive and creative thinking. Essential Skills and Experience : Previous experience within a National and / or Global P&C Business Partner role. Business Acumen & exemplary Communication Skills (both verbal and written). Global & Cultural Awareness. Solid understanding of Employee Relations & Work Health Safety. Relationship Management, Employee Engagement and Stakeholder Management. Positive attitude and 'team player' mentality.
