THE ROLE Collaborate with leaders on all things people, including advisory support, remuneration, problem-solving, engagement, performance management, and recognition initiatives. Oversee the operational aspects of the people lifecycle (recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, reporting, system management, and visa sponsorship). Contribute to the design and execution of People & Culture programs and initiatives. Provide advice on employee relations and ensure compliance. Develop and analyse reports to inform better decision-making. Experience in a People & Culture role with exposure across all functions. Confidence in advising on employee relations matters (with support). Skills in improving processes within your role. An ability to build great relationships. Curiosity and openness to learning and exploring new ideas. Great communication, written and verbal. Comfort juggling priorities in an evolving environment.
