People and Culture Co-ordinator Full Time- Max Term Contract (6 months) Camberwell, VIC About Us At Baptcare, we care. About the Role The purpose of the People and Culture Co-ordinator is to provide administrative support to the P&C Specialist and the broader P&C team. The role coordinates a range of P&C activities to promote employee engagement and effective P&C services at Baptcare. Key Responsibilities Performance Development Program support including data entry, performance review launches, troubleshooting, and responding to level 1 queries Engagement survey program administration including report collation, data integrity checks and uploads Developing and maintaining employee quick reference guides, resources, and various P&C intranet pages Co-ordinating team meetings, P&C calendar of events, and document administration Key Selection Criteria Relevant experience in an administration or co-ordination role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders Demonstrated time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks Strong attention to detail and results-oriented Ability to work independently and to make a positive contribution in a team environment Sound judgement and decision-making skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to quickly adapt to and learn new systems Alignment and commitment to Baptcare’s Mission, Vision and Values Essential: Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant/similar role For You We are focused on living our values, not just talking about them.
