This pivotal role involves delivering high-quality employee relations and HR services to managers and employees across a diverse portfolio. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational advice, lead employee relations initiatives, and contribute to fostering a positive and compliant workplace culture. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice on employment law, enterprise agreements, and HR policies. Support and guide managers in handling employee performance, conduct, and grievance matters. Manage workplace investigations and prepare comprehensive reports. Drive employee relations projects and contribute to workforce planning strategies. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive workplace practices. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives. Identify areas for improvement and lead process improvement initiatives. Applications close at 11:59pm on 13 February 2025.
