Working in true partnership with our Shared Services and Corporate portfolio, you will execute People and Culture solutions across the full employment lifecycle, from onboarding and individual development to navigating complex people and performance issues and executing strategic change programs. This fixed term position manages a portfolio of 100+ employees where you will be building strong working relationships with managers and employees, with additional P&C support from the broader team. What will you bring to the team? This role will be a perfect fit for someone who is equally as comfortable playing a hands-on role as they are developing key stakeholder relationships and navigating complex issues.
