People & Culture / Workplace Health & Safety Trainee Job Function: Human Resources (HR) Work Type: Ongoing - full time Position Title: People & Culture / Workplace Health & Safety Trainee Classification: HS1A Salary per hour: $27.75 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options Employment Type: Ongoing full-time Award: Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Workers (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement 2021-2025 The People and Culture/Workplace Health and Safety Trainee works as part of a team to support the administrative functions of the People and Culture / Workplace Health & Safety departments. This is a great role to “get your foot in the door” and begin a career within People and Culture/Workplace Health and Safety. You will work to deliver efficient, confidential and professional administrative support to the Dhelkaya Health employees/management. You will be adaptable, detail-oriented, and a multi-tasker with an ability to think outside of the box to solve problems. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to doing their best. No experience is required as we will support you to develop in the role!
