Job Description The Opportunity The ideal candidate will provide quality HR service and advice to Managers and Employees regarding employment-related and day-to-day workplace issues. Lead key HR business plan objectives, strategic and operational focused roles, responsible for own portfolio management. The role is embedded within the portfolio working alongside the Leadership team providing proactive people solutions. This role is based at both our sites in Box Hill and Eltham working alongside a diverse range of employees dedicated to making health and wellbeing easy. Work with the Executive People, Learning & Culture and broader team contributing to workforce needs both long and short term. Identify solutions to support organisational sustainability and growth. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: HR Business Partnering across employee life cycle Manage OHS compliance and regulatory outcomes Compliance, Reporting & Administration Support Leaders building leadership capability Performance and Development Employment Agreements, Policies and Benefits Reward & Recognition Learning & Development Facilitation of Learning Programs Recruitment, Onboarding & Retention HR Strategic Projects and HR Team Collaboration Desired Skills and Experience Skills & Experience Experienced EA/EBA interpretation (multi) Demonstrated ER/IR capability Problem solving and consulting skills High level communication and people skills Negotiation and influencing skills Proactive and solutions focused Coaching Leaders Demonstrated ability in managing own portfolio Pragmatic approach, ability to work through ambiguity Willing to add value and have influence Experience collaborating with executives to emerging leaders If you want to work with great people - we'd love to hear from you.
