The Job Located at our Head Office in Sydney’s CBD, we’re now on the lookout for a Coordinator to join our People, Performance & Culture team. Reporting to the CPO, this is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to accelerate their professional development in HR and gain rewarding, practical experience. As the People, Performance & Culture Coordinator, your role will support the people strategy across The HOYTS Group through various functions including Recruitment, Engagement, Reward & Recongnition, WHS, HR Systems & Reporting. Through both administrative and operational activities, this hands-on role will help our team drive our company culture and FIERCE values. What you'll be doing: Support recruitment, onboarding and learning processes, including coordinating HR inductions and managing HR systems. Assist in managing internal communication channels and encouraging employee engagement. Coordinate reward and recognition initiatives, including Service Recognition packs and Workplace Giving Winners. Prepare and distribute Workplace Health & Safety reports and assist in payroll administration as required. Manage and maintain HR systems, Benefits and Wellness platforms and provide reporting as required. We’re looking for someone with: Degree qualified or currently completing further study in Human Resources or a related field Excellent written and verbal communication Sound analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team Passionate about seeking efficient and effective ways to work Strong organisational skills including advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio) Why Join Us: Be part of a team that believes in big picture thinking.
