The Role The People Systems Project Manager is responsible for project managing the implementation of a fully integrated human capital management system, which will support all people related processes and systems. Amongst other things, the project manager will require the ability to liaise and work with our integration partner to develop an achievable project plan, collaboration with our People and Culture technical experts and Change and Communications teams to ensure our people are informed, engaged with the change and we are creating an outstanding employee experience. About You Extensive experience in implementation of people technology systems and strong project management experience. Some qualifications and experience in the people space with an understanding of HR would be desirable. Success in this role will only be achieved through strong project management skills, leadership and engagement with key stakeholders and staff, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
