Location: Strathpine Join City of Moreton Bay's People and Capability team, and support our greater team to shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow. As our People and Capability Systems Lead you will drive the: Development and delivery of people metrics, including workforce planning, dashboards, reports, deep dive analyses and process design. Continuous improvement of our People and Capability systems and processes by leading key initiatives and projects; engaging with stakeholders; investigating system functionality and capability; and gathering technical and non-technical information to outline and execute detailed solutions. Preparation of accurate and valuable reports, analysis and visualisations to enable informed decision making. Collaboration with the broader team on people process and systems projects, including the design, change impact assessment, data preparation, and testing. To be successful in this role you will bring: Experience in a similar HR Systems role, ideally utilising TechOne (but not essential). Significant experience in data analysis and presenting people data in a clear format to inform data driven decision making. MS Excel pro - with a love of pivot tables, v/h lookup functions, macros, advanced formulas and advanced charting functions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills to deliver fit for purpose projects that consider multiple key stakeholder requirements. Why City of Moreton Bay?
