About This Role People and Culture Assistant Role: Full time role: 2 days WFH and 3 days in our St. Leonards support office. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive People & Culture (P&C) Assistant to join our team, supporting our People Partners/Advisors across Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. Unique and diverse admin/support role, perfect for a final year HR student or an established HR professional looking to enter the workforce. Responsibilities Include Admin support e.g., drafting employee relations documents for complex case management, email triage/response management & organizing meetings, etc. Maintain and update employee records within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Partner with P&C Operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Payroll, and Campus Directors to help collate/research key data points for case management needs. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assisting with the preparation and submission of required reports. Serve as a point of contact for People Leader enquiries, providing guidance on People & Culture policies and procedures. Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, programs, and projects to support OAC's strategic goals. About You Please apply for more information, including a job description. Valid Working with Children Check for use in employment. Tertiary qualified in HR, law, commerce, or economics, or working towards qualification.
