About the role The People and Leadership Coordinator is a temporary position until June 2025. The position will support the efficient operation of the team by coordinating a diverse range of human resource activities and providing administrative support throughout the employee lifecycle. Job Description Maintain and input data into the HR Information Systems (Aurion and Elmo) ensuring data integrity. Prepare employee related documentation and respond to general enquiries in a professional and timely manner. Support and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and selection process as required. Provide support to the People and Leadership team projects and coordinate initiatives as required. Conduct research and analysis for HR related programs and generate reports on general HR activity. Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees and leaders across the business. Experience in a similar human resources or administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. Ability to develop and maintain relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team with a proactive approach. Qualification in Human Resources or in your final year of completing a relevant bachelor’s degree. Experience in using HRIS such as Aurion or similar.
