What You’ll Do Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager - Performance you’ll: Manage multi-channel performance campaigns (DV360, Trade Desk, social, display, video, audio, etc.) and drive continuous improvement through testing and analysis. Build targeted audiences, generate actionable performance reports, and uncover the narrative behind the data. Support media planning, execute briefs, and work closely with creative, analytics, and technology teams. Ensure quality assurance across campaigns and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and tech partners. Keep up with industry trends and shifts in the programmatic landscape to fuel innovation. About you and your skills This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone who thrives on innovation, change, and technical excellence. Coming from an agency or in-house, you have 3-4+ years’ experience and are currently a Performance Activation Manager, Performance Marketing Manager, Digital Performance Manager, or Digital Marketing Manager. Importantly you demonstrate experience evaluating programmatic campaign performance across media buying platforms (DV360 & CM360), identifying key metrics, and providing insights to improve future campaigns. You’ll also have: Excellent analytical skills with a knack for A/B testing and performance optimisation. A collaborative, proactive attitude with proven experience in managing and optimising performance campaigns. A results-driven mindset with the ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment. What’s in it for you?
