About the role As the Paid Social Media Creative Manager , you will be sitting in the performance marketing team leading the paid social media strategy, execution, and creative direction of paid social media campaigns, ensuring high-performing and engaging content. You will collaborate with internal design and performance marketing teams to create innovative campaigns across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and Pinterest. Develop and manage paid social media and creative strategies. Brief and coordinate designers on asset creation. Oversee A/B testing to optimise creative performance. Align creative assets with campaign goals and brand identity. Monitor trends to implement innovative creative approaches. Skills & experience 4+ years in performance marketing / paid social media for D2C eCommerce/retailers (ecommerce/retailers are highly desirable or if agency experience, must have worked on eCommerce/retail clients). Expertise in social media advertising platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and YouTube). Proficient working with large paid social ad spends. Proven ability to lead social creative end-to-end across creative production, including A/B testing and performance analysis. Strong creative management skills with a keen eye for design and the ability to brief creatives/designers effectively. Experience managing content creation projects and processes with precision. Collaboration with performance/digital marketing teams to interpret and utilise social media metrics effectively. Exceptional organisational skills with a proven ability to juggle multiple projects and deliver on time. Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, or similar). Proficiency in video editing (an added bonus). Excellent communication skills and ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment.
