The facility features spacious, beautifully appointed suites with large windows offering views of landscaped courtyards and gardens. Designed around three courtyards with English, French, and tropical garden themes, Tarragal House provides residents with plenty of choices for relaxing with family and friends. About the Role: We are seeking a Personal Care Worker (previously known as Nursing Assistant) to join our team at our Tarragal home, located at 107 Karalta Road, Erina NSW 2250. Your hours of employment will be on a permanent full-time basis. This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training. Daily Duties: Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individual's needs and enhance quality of life. Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility, and nutrition. Contribute to care plans and documentation. Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team. Desired Skills and Experience: Experience in aged care desirable. Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing. Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care.
