We are seeking Personal Care Workers to join our team on a casual, part-time, and full-time basis. You will be based at our St Ives home, located at 97 Killeaton Street, St Ives NSW 2075. Thompson Health Care is seeking Personal Care Workers to work morning, afternoon, or night shifts at our brand-new Luxury Nursing House! This is a great opportunity for candidates seeking flexible work schedules and looking to join a supportive team who place a great emphasis on mentoring and training. Daily duties: Provide quality care according to the current Resident Care Plan to meet the individuals needs and enhance quality of life Assist residents with daily living activities, grooming, mobility, and nutrition Contribute to care plans and documentation Communicate effectively and professionally with the Nursing Team Desired skills and experience: Experience in aged care desirable Ideally will have Certificate III or Certificate IV in Nursing Demonstrates excellence in customer service and care Has an interest in working with the elderly About the Company: Thompson Health Care is a family-owned company, with five decades of experience.
