Strength Lab helps various people achieve incredible results - from busy high-performing business owners looking to transform their bodies to physique & bodybuilding competitors. We are a one-on-one personal training studio with high-value clients, so we are looking for someone who is punctual, well-presented & actively coaches in their sessions. The successful candidate will have a passion for evidence-based coaching in the body transformation space. The Role: Your primary task is to deliver a high-quality training service & create incredible physique transformations by delivering well-thought-out & detailed training programs, nutritional guidance, and strict accountability. You will be taking weekly measurements, and progress photos whilst making the necessary adjustments to clients' training & nutrition. All of this is facilitated through the Strength Lab App and uses our tried and true methods which you will receive full training on. We will provide all clients to you; there is no sales component to this role. You will be measured only on your ability to help clients achieve their goals and get results week-to-week, and your ability to foster the right environment within the gym. We are looking for someone who is motivated and reliable to take on 30-40 coaching sessions per week. The Benefits: We will take you through intensive training to bring you up to the level needed for you to be confident with new clients. We will then continue weekly education and support to help you continually improve and handle new challenges with clients as they arise. The success of Strength Lab is dependent on the success of our coaches - which is why your ongoing education is so important to us, and why we ensure the gym is a fun, motivating place to work that breeds excellence. We are growing very fast, and your role within the company will grow with us. Skills and Experience: What we’re looking for in a coach is someone who can communicate & present themselves well. You will have a great deal of autonomy in this role, being responsible for creating physique transformations with clients who are usually in the intermediate stages of training when they join us. We will provide education and support, but you will not be micro-managed - you will be trusted to take control over clients' programming, nutrition & run a high-quality coaching service that is part of a larger plan for your client. For this reason, some experience will be necessary; ideally you: Currently work as a Personal Trainer or Coach Have minimum Cert IV in fitness and current First Aid Have some experience helping clients transform their physiques, as well as your own. Note: We are looking for a career-driven personal trainer who can build up to full-time hours with us and is looking for long-term employment.
