Qualifications: Minimum 3 yrs. experience in coaching, teaching, mentoring, training Proven growth success with clients, teams, businesses, Non For Profit or personal sporting achievements at a professional level. Ability to source new clientele (training provided) Basic Google Sheets, Pages and Microsoft Word and Excel proficient Ability to work progressively with talent within an autonomous environment Expectations: Participate in scheduled global training streams. Minimum 3 per week Adhere to and implement proven steps to success, training, tracking and compliance Sourcing new clientele through marketing strategies Effectively interview & identify qualified candidates suited to our products & structure Support the build of our business and clientele Coaching, mentoring, and supporting individuals via online communication methods e.g. Zoom / Team Meets Online and self-paced training for successful candidates.
