Provide high-quality physiotherapy at WSLHD & support planning, evaluation, and improvement of services within the Chronic & Complex team. What you'll be doing: Responsible for the provision of the high quality physiotherapy services to patients of WSLHD. Responsible for contributing to the planning, implementation, evaluation improvement & reporting of the physiotherapy service within the Chronic and Complex team. Essential Criteria: Qualification: Tertiary qualifications in Physiotherapy Registration: Current General Physiotherapy Registration under AHPRA Selection Criteria: Demonstrated skills in Physiotherapy assessment, planning and evaluating interventions for clients with chronic and complex health conditions. Demonstrated understanding of the health and associated care needs of persons with complex, chronic and/or aged conditions residing in the community. Able to utilise relevant evidence based, best practice guidelines to guide decision making for best client outcomes. High-level written and oral communication skills, computer competence and ability to use electronic medical records, word processing and databases. Ability to work independently and as part of multidisciplinary team. Current Drivers Licence valid within Australia.
