Unlike private practice, you will not need to solicit your own clients as you will have a caseload formed through existing clients. Role Overview As the Onsite Physiotherapist, you will work in a range of innovative environments as well as having the option of telehealth work. Your primary focus will be on early intervention, rehabilitation, and effective return-to-work strategies for injured workers. This is an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of employees while enjoying a flexible work schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide 1:1 physiotherapy treatments on-site for injured workers. Develop and implement exercise programs, particularly focusing on manual handling and workplace injury prevention. Collaborate with clients to facilitate early return-to-work initiatives. Work with a varied roster that may include day and night shifts across multiple locations. Ensure patient satisfaction and high-quality service delivery without the pressure of KPIs. A minimum of 1 year of experience in private practice or musculoskeletal physiotherapy (hospital experience is also acceptable). Strong assessment and diagnosis skills; experience in sports physiotherapy is a plus. Independent and confident in managing client relations and daily work responsibilities.
