Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every Wildsoul Wellness studio delivers high-quality, transformative experiences to our members. What You'll be Doing: Deliver world-class Pilates classes that embody the Wildsoul philosophy. Develop and oversee class programming to maintain consistency and excellence across all studios. Train and mentor new and existing teachers , fostering ongoing professional development. Educate and guide franchisees on class timetabling, staff performance, and attendance growth. Lead the Wildsoul Wellness accreditation program , ensuring all teachers meet our high standards. Support new studio openings by onboarding teachers with Wildsoul-specific training. Inspire and elevate the Wildsoul community with your expertise, energy, and leadership. What We're Looking For: A certified Pilates instructor with a minimum of 3 years of teaching experience . Proven leadership skills with experience in training and mentoring teachers. A deep understanding of class programming, scheduling, and engagement strategies . Strong communication and organisational skills. Passion for wellness, movement, and creating a wildly good experience for every client. Why WildSoul?
