About the Role Roles and Responsibilities: Delivering administrative and technical support for system issues, escalating complex problems, and ensuring prompt resolution. Managing the configuration and maintenance of user access, control files, parameters, and system processing rules for Portfolio Performance Management (PPM) systems. Supporting the creation and upkeep of reporting tools and data for the PMM system, including the distribution of monthly and ad hoc reports, and performing data quality assurance checks. Maintaining data integrity by identifying and performing data cleansing tasks. Overseeing the configuration, testing, and deployment of new system features, enhancements, updates, and related applications (including integrations). Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, IT or related discipline are mandatory. Project Management certifications are preferable. Demonstrated experience using Portfolio Management Systems e.g. Planview or similar and Project Management Systems e.g. Smartsheet, Microsoft Project or similar. Demonstrated experience in a Project or Portfolio Support/System Administration role. Demonstrated experience in PowerBI. Advanced ability to interrogate a data set and provide a concise analysis of that data, including key insights and communicating to a wide audience.
