Planning and Projects Manager Department of the Legislative Assembly Ongoing full-time opportunity PoV Grade 5.1, $106,534 - $117,716 + 11.5% superannuation About the role The Planning and Projects Manager facilitates and coordinates the Department of the Legislative Assembly's business planning and performance reporting and supports Assembly staff with project delivery. The role is responsible for planning, overseeing and leading certain projects and events from development through to completion. There are also regular opportunities to collaborate with colleagues in projects that involve the three parliamentary departments. The Planning and Projects Manager also provides and coordinates services to Members of Parliament and assists the Clerks-at-the-Table on sitting days. About you To succeed in the role, you will have experience in coordinating projects, excellent organisational skills, and a proven ability to display initiative, be responsive and deliver outcomes. You will be flexible, have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, enjoy multitasking and work effectively as a member of a team. You thrive in an environment where no two days are ever the same and have the resilience and adaptability to handle difficult situations and a preparedness to accept a variety of views and opinions.
