We are seeking a Plant Controller to oversee safe and efficient plant operations. As the Plant Controller, you will ensure seamless production by addressing potential downtime issues and maintaining high standards across all operational areas. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Safely operating plant machinery to meet production targets Monitoring and troubleshooting plant conditions via HMI interface Enforcing safety procedures and reporting incidents promptly Maintaining accurate production records and conducting equipment maintenance Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor on continuous improvement strategies About you: Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing Active Forklift Licence and proficiency in Asbestos handling Familiarity with Fire Warden duties and safe lockout procedures (or willingness to undergo training) Experience with SCADA based control systems Self-motivated and able to work autonomously or collaboratively At ResourceCo, we celebrate diversity and inclusion at every level.
