Role Summary: As the Plant & Logistics Manager, you will oversee the Keystone Hire division, ensuring the efficient supply of modern, well-maintained plant and equipment to both Keystone Civil and external hire clients. This leadership role involves fostering a productive, safe, and collaborative work environment while consistently upholding and promoting the company’s values. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will lead a dedicated team comprising two yardsman and two workshop employees. Responsibilities: Manage a fleet of 80 + pieces of Plant & equipment (Komatsu Excavators, Graders, Loaders, rollers, Moxis, Trucks, various company vehicles) Maintaining a safe and productive fleet of assets to minimize downtime Manage the process for procurement and disposal of assets Maximize utilization of assets by increasing customer base Procure wet and dry hire plant to supplement in-house resources Drive efficiency and continuous improvement, Manage Hire and Manage costs and suppliers Oversee yard and workshop employees Direct, guide, support team members ensuring clear accountabilities, and managing performance Candidate Profile: Demonstrated experience in a similar role (Fleet Manager, Plant Manager, Workshop Manager) Strong Financial acumen, with ability to create reports and analyze data to support effective decision making Basic mechanical knowledge, with an understanding of the Civil machinery A proven leader, with the ability to drive cultural change and continuous improvement Experience leading, developing, coaching, mentoring direct reports Experience driving accountability, and performance management What you'll get in return: Full-time ongoing position Competitive annual salary, paid every week Company vehicle provided Apply now by hitting the quick apply button. #J-18808-Ljbffr
