Supply Chain Lead We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic customer-focused go-getter to join the Heidelberg Materials Australia team in Geelong, Victoria . The Plant Supervisor has excellent career development potential with the opportunity to learn about concrete, quarry materials, plant operation, concrete batching, scheduling, and logistics whilst working in the construction industry. Are you a self-motivated team player? We are looking for someone who is passionate about safety, results-focused with awesome communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multi-task. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, including overtime and rostered Saturday work according to business needs. In Your New Role With Us, You Will Be Overseeing the operation of a concrete batch plant Regularly interacting with customers, taking orders & scheduling deliveries Working in a high-performing team, collaborating with other local plants to deliver positive outcomes for Heidelberg Materials Australia and the customer Able to demonstrate safety and show coaching and mentoring potential Ensure all products adhere to strict quality requirements Monitoring all plant and equipment, scheduling & conducting maintenance as required Managing maintenance & production tasks, which includes some level of manual handling This role is a great fit for you, if you: Are looking for a career change and want to work in the construction industry Have the drive to succeed, can work without supervision Are an effective communicator and have a team mentality Are looking to obtain a Construction Card / White Card Are able to operate with and support our Zero Harm safety policy Can physically perform all tasks associated with the position What We Offer $29.32 - $31.20 per hour - pending experience/qualifications, plus penalties, plus super Be part of a highly recognised global brand name and growing organisation Ongoing training and development opportunities Heidelberg Materials Australia is an equal opportunity employer, and we employ people from all walks of life.
