Platform Manager / Product Owner - Cloud Migration * Opportunity to contribute to the early stages of cloud migration and influencing the operating strategic model. * Lead, guide, and develop individuals and teams to effectively achieve required outcomes. * Ensure technology solutions and processes are resilient, secure, and scalable. What you'll do: Dedicated attention to cloud migration and platform maturity. Contribute to the strategic direction of the organisations cloud presence and operating model. Manage people, financials, vendors and processes effectively. Lead, guide, and develop individuals and teams to achieve required outcomes. Encourage continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, cross-skilling and collaboration within technology teams. Identify and respond to issues, risks and opportunities timely. Help establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. What you bring: Strong experience within a Platform Engineering / Infrastructure Automation technology environment. Solid understanding of cloud platforms, system infrastructure, and platform operations. Proven skills in managing change and run of technology solutions that are reliable, resilient, and highly available. Experience managing operational projects and infrastructure as a code. Experience leading technical teams / operational teams. Prior hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Services, Terraform Cloud, and Puppet.
