Our Client Our client is looking for an innovative and experienced Portfolio Director to lead a large team through the delivery of a crucial Data program. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of data programs and projects, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and business objectives. Develop and implement portfolio governance frameworks and processes. Establish and maintain robust governance structures for data programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards, data privacy regulations, and best practices. Support in developing and monitoring project budgets and forward planning. Manage program/project risks and issues – identify and agree on priorities and mitigating actions. What You Bring: Extensive experience in managing large-scale data programs, ideally within a complex, multi-functional organization. A deep understanding of how data can drive business success and an ability to lead complex programs that transform the way data is used within the organization. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience working in agile environments, with the ability to lead teams, balance competing priorities, influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and adapt quickly to changes. Familiarity with a broad range of data & analytics technologies and applications, and a passion for staying current with best practices and industry advancements.
