Positions are full-time, for a tenure of three years 2025 – 2028 We are dedicated to developing students who are critical and creative thinkers, with the skills to be self-motivated in the pursuit of knowledge, spiritual growth, and community involvement. The positions available are as follows:RE Learning Leader EAL Learning Leader About the roles All Positions of Leadership (POL) are members of the Learning and Teaching Team and will support and lead the associated team to develop, implement and measure learning programs and tasks across the curriculum through themes, integration and interdisciplinary tasks. All POLs work closely with other Learning Leaders to research, plan and design and implement effective teaching strategies and programs and to engage teachers in professional dialogue to evaluate and modify teaching strategies and programs. All will work coaching and mentoring teachers to ensure programs are relevant, differentiated and develop students’ skills for future pathways, assisting teachers to engage in regular classroom observation and feedback and articulate how changes in their practice impact on student outcomes. To be successful you will have qualifications in teaching and be currently registered with Victorian Institute of Teaching (VIT). You will: be accredited to teach in a Catholic school (or be working towards such an accreditation) demonstrate outstanding interpersonal and communication skills that will see you effortlessly cultivate effective working relationships across the College. demonstrate drive, passion, a positive attitude, and proactive approach towards your work, understanding the importance of emotional intelligence and empathy in building trust and a positive learning community across the College. have demonstrated understanding and knowledge of current and educational trends, issues, policies, and directions. proactively develop strategies that will ensure education opportunities for students to reach their goals. have excellent organisational skills, planning, analytical and data mining capabilities. be a resourceful leader and team member who can operate in a mentoring, collaborative and inclusive manner.
