Post Placement Support Officer - Employment Services MADEC Australia’s Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and Vic. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social, physical and other barriers that impact a person’s ability to attain and maintain employment, by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes. About the Role As a Post Placement Support Officer, you’ll play a crucial role in transforming lives by ensuring that our participants not only remain employed but flourish in their roles. You'll collaborate closely with both job seekers and employers to identify and tackle any barriers that may arise, creating a supportive environment where everyone can succeed. Hold a Driver’s License and be willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check if successful.
