Make a Real Impact: As a Quality Development Officer (QDO) at TAG, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our Employment Services programs not only meet but exceed contractual obligations. What You’ll Do: Champion Quality: Conduct thorough internal audits, ensuring compliance and identifying opportunities for improvement. Develop & Refine: Create and maintain cutting-edge operational documents and standards that empower our team to excel and grow. Mentor & Train: Design and deliver engaging training programs for new employment services team members, guiding them from day one through their probationary period. Provide ongoing support and performance feedback. Monitor & Evaluate: Conduct desktop monitoring, assessing performance against internal policies and procedures, and providing valuable insights through written reports. Travel & Support: Provide operational support and training across metro and regional WA (travel required). Who You Are: Employment Services Expert: You possess a solid understanding and proven experience within the Employment Services industry, including programs such as Self-Employment Assistance, Parents Pathway, Transition to Work, Work Force Australia, and Employability Skills Training. Passionate Trainer: You’re driven to share your knowledge and empower others through training and mentorship. Excellent Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch. Results-Oriented: You have a track record of achieving business targets and KPIs. Highly Organised: You possess exceptional IT skills, Microsoft applications, time management abilities, and meticulous attention to detail.
