Key Responsibilities: Review, update, and create clinical policies and processes to align with new regulations Support the development of clinical education materials to assist with the transition Assist with accreditation preparedness to ensure all documentation and processes meet compliance standards Conduct gap analyses and develop action plans for continuous improvement Deliver training and communication initiatives to ensure all staff understand and implement required changes Collaborate with key stakeholders to drive policy and process improvements Experience & Qualifications: Registered Nurse (NMBA AHPRA registration) with 3+ years of aged care experience Strong understanding of clinical practices and aged care standards Proven experience in policy development and compliance Experience in developing and delivering education resources through various teaching methods In-depth knowledge of the New Aged Care Act and Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards Apply now to play a key role in shaping the future of aged care compliance at Opal HealthCare!
