You’ll work on high-impact projects such as securing communication systems for major events like the Brisbane 2032 Olympics using advanced quantum key distribution and AI-driven solutions. Proven research experience in routing protocol development, software integration, benchmarking, and prototyping. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively, mentor PhD students, and contribute to project-based research. Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, providing expert advice and fostering strong professional relationships. Expertise in advanced networking research, including optical and quantum communication, cybersecurity, and network optimisation, with a commitment to securing external funding.
