Opportunity to work at the Foyer Foundation, a national for-purpose organisation that unlocks thriving futures for young people experiencing or at risk of homelessness. Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 (FTE) per annum excluding superannuation. Join a vibrant for-purpose team growing rapidly. Location: Available in Wurundjeri Country (Melbourne). Domestic travel will be a requirement of this role. Role Overview The Foyer Practice Coordinator is pivotal to the success of the Foyer Foundation and to the quality of the Foyer network. It is responsible for upholding the integrity of the Foyer approach through the design and delivery of training, bespoke advisory services, consultation, and practice support. The Practice Coordinator works closely with staff within Foyers, and other stakeholders across the Foyer network to ensure that Foyers reflect best practices, the Accreditation standards, and meet the needs and aspirations of the young people they serve. This role will support a thriving Community of Practice (CoP) where accredited Foyers can learn from and inspire one another and provide essential services to Foyers on their journey to and beyond Accreditation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
