The Role: Full-time 38 hours per week, Monday – Friday Rotating roster of 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm. As a result of our dedicated care for clients and the growth of our team at Clear Health Psychology, we are currently seeking a new member to join our intakes team. Our team is here to help those in need through both inbound and outbound calls, as well as a variety of administrative duties. With dual screens and comprehensive on-the-job training, you'll have all the tools you need to succeed. We're looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and the ability to handle multiple web-based applications. INTAKE COORDINATOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Assisting the Intake team with actioning new referrals and initial inquiries. Handling incoming calls from clients or customers. Gathering relevant information from callers to assess their needs or concerns. Recording accurate and detailed information in our database. Directing inquiries to the appropriate department or team member. Providing excellent customer service and addressing client's questions or concerns. Assisting with scheduling appointments. Collaborating with other team members to ensure smooth operations. Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information appropriately. Following established processes and procedures for call handling. Participating in training and staying updated on product or service knowledge. Contributing to a positive and professional work environment. ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Experience in a call centre or a previous administration role would be highly desirable. Outstanding work ethic, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. Demonstrate Clear Health Psychology company values. High attention to detail. Good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated intermediate to advanced level of database management and Microsoft Office suite. Be a reliable and adaptable team member. Understand and ensure client confidentiality is upheld at all times. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and provide empathetic customer service in a professional manner.
