Our clinic is accredited for various services and our psychologists are Members of the APS and/or AAPi. Role Description This is a full or part-time hybrid role for a Psychology Practice Manager at Mind Health. The Practice Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the psychology practice, managing staff, scheduling appointments, business growth, handling billing and insurance claims, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Some work from home is acceptable, but the role is primarily based in-clinic. Qualifications Experience in managing a psychology practice or similar healthcare facility Strong organisational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Experience in policies and procedures development and refinement Knowledge of billing and insurance procedures Proficiency in staff management and scheduling Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems Business development and marketing skills are highly desirable Relevant certification or degree in healthcare management or related field desirable Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Consulting, Information Technology, and Sales Industries Mental Health Care #J-18808-Ljbffr
