This role offers the opportunity to lead the delivery of modern data platforms and take ownership of our flagship Ignite Data Platform product, an accelerated solution designed to fast-track value creation for enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities Client Success Leadership Act as a trusted advisor, identifying opportunities to grow the value our clients realise from data. Strengthen client relationships and lead discussions to resolve challenges, prioritise initiatives, and achieve measurable outcomes. Delivery Excellence Ensure all client engagements reflect Ignite’s Brand Promises for excellence, integrity, and results. Oversee successful data project delivery, ensuring alignment with client goals, scope, budget, and timelines. Maintaining transparency and proactive communication with clients, ensuring “no surprises”. Drive the adoption and measurable impact of data platforms delivered. Team Development Lead and mentor a team of data professionals, fostering accountability, collaboration, and innovation. Drive a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging feedback and learning across the practice. What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a Practice Lead, Delivery Lead, or Engagement Manager. Expertise in delivering modern data platforms and managing multi-disciplinary projects. Demonstrated success in team leadership and capability development. Bonus Points For Experience in consulting, professional services, or managing data and analytics projects. Industry knowledge in energy, utilities, or agriculture. Technical experience with modern data platforms.
