We are excited to be opening a new health hub in Mount Barker, dedicated to providing comprehensive healthcare services to the Adelaide Hills Community and we are looking for a passionate and dedicated Practice Manager to lead a dynamic Dental and Optical team and make a positive impact at our new Health Hub at Mount Barker. About the role Reporting to the Group Managers Dental and Optical, we are looking for a brilliant administrator with exceptional leadership skills to provide our members and customers with an exceptional service experience. Working in a fast-paced and vibrant environment, the Practice Manager Dental and Optical is part of our leadership team and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the practice. They support and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results and success, creating positive team cultures where team members work together to ensure the ultimate patient experience and quality care is delivered each and every time. A self-motivated professional with a can-do approach is essential for this role! About you The successful candidate will be an experienced manager who is looking for that next step in their career and thrives in an environment where they can have a direct impact on the business’s profitability and success. They will have solid management experience with a strong focus on team cohesion and the ability to build relationships and positively influence professionals and practitioners. Accompanied by excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong time management and organisation skills, and a proactive and empathetic approach to interactions with others. Qualifications in business and/or practice management in Dental or Optical would be highly regarded. What’s on offer?
