Do you have the skills to manage the day-to-day operations of two dynamic veterinary clinics or one individually? If so, we want you to join our team as a Full-Time Practice Manager for Allison Crescent Veterinarian Hospital and Engadine Veterinary Hospital. The Role: As the Practice Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of both clinics or one individually, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the clinic. You will have the flexibility to manage the clinic individually or across both locations, depending on your preference. Key Responsibilities: Operational Management : Oversee daily operations of both clinics, ensuring high standards of care and smooth workflows. Team Leadership : Lead and inspire a dedicated team of veterinarians, technicians, nurses, and support staff. Client Relations : Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Financial Oversight : Manage clinic budgets, track revenue and expenses, and recommend financial improvements. Compliance : Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. Facility Management : Ensure clinics are well-maintained and fully stocked with necessary supplies. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategies for growth, marketing, and operational efficiency. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in a veterinary management or leadership role. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Financial management experience, including budgeting and cost control. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively. Passion for providing exceptional service to both clients and pets. Experience with veterinary software and scheduling systems is preferred.
