Senior Recruitment Consultant at Niche Talent Practice Manager | Brisbane CBD | $85,000 - $100,000 About the Role: Our client is a modern accounting firm based in the Brisbane CBD. They offer a wide range of services across business advisory, taxation, and accounting. Due to a period of growth, they are now looking to bring on a Practice Manager. This person will assist the partners in operational management, financial and compliance oversight, client relationship management, and social and team coordination. They are looking for an experienced and passionate Practice Manager to join their growing team full-time. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm to ensure efficiency and productivity. Implement and maintain best practices, policies, and procedures for the firm’s operations. Manage office administration, including IT, facilities, and supplier relationships. Maintain and enhance client relationships by ensuring exceptional service delivery. Oversee client onboarding and ensure a smooth experience for new and existing clients. Manage and support administrative personnel. Plan and coordinate company social events, team-building activities, and networking opportunities. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives. Organize staff meetings, celebrations, and community involvement activities. To succeed in this role, you will bring: A minimum of 4 years' experience in an accounting firm , with a proven track record in office administration and management. Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects. High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with experience using Xero Practice Manager or similar software. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with clients, staff, and senior leaders. A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and address operational challenges.
