About the role We have an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and highly organised Pre-Contracts & Marketing Coordinator to join our Head Office located in Townsville. Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will assist with the compilation of tenders and development of marketing strategies to support the growth of the business. You will be required to work to deadlines with effective writing skills to address non-price criteria and compilation of final tenders through word and PDF for submission. As Pre-Contracts & Marketing Coordinator, you will also be required to support the business’ strategic objectives through the development of marketing collateral and event coordination. Other role responsibilities: Monitor tender portals for business development opportunities Assist with acquiring quotes and pricing for the Estimator Compile the non-price criteria as part of the overall tender submission Support the BD Manager to evaluate opportunities for marketing, sponsorship, social media, and other forms of company promotion Review and update the company website and capability statement Manage the Company SharePoint database and tendering documentation To be successful, you must have: Valid working rights in Australia Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable transport Strong experience with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint) Experience with Estimate One will be highly regarded Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks across business departments Previous experience in a Business Development role (Desirable) Previous experience in an IT Support role (Desirable) Previous experience and good understanding of working in the Construction Industry (Desirable) RMS offers attractive remuneration packages and flexible working conditions.
