Key responsibilities Lead the planning, build and delivery of a strategic pricing project Thought leadership and design of Earnix pricing algorithms and models to support RIA’s long-term pricing strategy Working with a range of stakeholders across the business including product teams, portfolio teams, data and technology teams to inform optimal pricing strategies Develop and lead a team of high performing pricing analysts and specialists, delivering value to IAG through pricing capability and risk management About You Proven ability to display multi-dimensional thinking when solving problems Ability to present technical information to a broad audience, developing quality documents including business case and post-implementation review reports Extensive knowledge of the end-to-end Pricing value chain, including the external competitor and regulatory environment Experience working in a project / agile operating environment with demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines and have exceptional flexibility of approach, being able to stay focused when directions change without notice Proven management and stakeholder management experience with strong influencing and negotiation skills This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract, and we welcome applicants from Gadigal Country (Sydney) and Naarm (Melbourne).
